Our vision is to advance digital transformation to make innovative ideas available globally on the Internet and to expand international marketing potential in the form of domains, hosting servers and email servers.
Our mission is to shape the future of the Internet by providing individual support to a company’s management and further development of their domain portfolio, so that their web content can be optimally mapped to their domain portfolio at all times. But it’s not just the registering and monitoring of domains that is important, but also consulting, developing ideas for new domain variants, and supporting and handling purchase negotiations.
Especially export-oriented small and medium-sized businesses are given the opportunity to register domains for exotic countries without having to resort to several registrars. We guarantee that your worldwide registered domains are secure, and that we will be a reliable and competent partner to you, ready to assist you whenever problems or questions arise.
Another point of focus is the administration of third-party servers not hosted by us. We look after servers in countries such as China or Liechtenstein if customers want to operate servers outside Germany for technical, political or tax reasons.
In November 2002 the sole proprietorship "Internet Services Fundinger", founded in 1996, became "iS-Fun Internet Services GmbH".
Our company is located in the city of Karlsbad, Baden-Württemberg, at the northern rim of the Black Forest. Our highly motivated employees manage about 30.000 domains, as well as hosting accounts and servers of our customers.
Our typical customers are mainly internationally positioned companies from the small to medium-sized business sector with several corporate brands that are mapped as domains in many countries. It’s especially these companies that benefit from our comprehensive offer, our competence and reliability, as well as from our overview of the entire domain market and the associated security for their worldwide registered domains.
We achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality by responding individually to all requirements and wishes. With us, you won’t end up in a call center, but are always personally looked after by the specialist responsible in each case.
We would like to live up to our social responsibility by exclusively using green electricity, which is partly derived from our own photovoltaic systems (total output 54 kWp), and further by using energy-efficient servers, office computers and electric vehicles.
Our social commitment consists of the support of our "Plan" sponsored child and our donations as a corporate partner to "Doctors without Borders".
